Local tax (payable at location, on arrival with a surcharge for accommodation) – 0.75 €

Late check-out (postponement of departure time by 2 hours; must be announced at least one day in advance) – surcharge 15 €
A fine for violation of the ban on smoking in the interior of the resort – 200 €
A fine for the arbitrary setting of fire (outside the designated areas) – 200 €
Penalty for damage to the accommodation facility – determined according to the amount of damage caused.
Cancellation Fees for Individual Reservations (1 to 5 persons)
- 0–7 days before arrival = 100% of the accommodation price
- 8–14 days before arrival = 50% of the accommodation price
- 15+ days before arrival = free cancellation
Cancellation Fees for Group Reservations (6 persons or more)
A group reservation becomes binding upon full payment of the advance invoice (deposit) in the amount of 100% of the total reservation value. Due to the seasonal nature of our operations and the blocking of available capacities, the resort applies a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value in case of cancellation of a binding group reservation.
