Accommodation

Guests are accommodated at Royal Village based on voluntary registration. Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid identity document (ID card or passport) at the reception for registration in the Guest Book. The accommodation provider is responsible for protecting the personal data of all guests.

In the case of minors, a legal guardian acts on their behalf and bears full responsibility. Accommodation is permitted only for persons who do not suffer from infectious diseases. Minors under 18 years of age are not allowed to check in independently.

Guests will receive confirmation of accommodation and proof of payment from the reception. Services are provided in accordance with Regulation No. 419/2001 Coll. on the categorization of accommodation facilities.

Responsible Behaviour

Guests are obliged to prevent damage to the accommodation facilities and their equipment, avoid fire hazards, and use electricity responsibly.

Upon taking over the accommodation unit, the guest assumes responsibility for the complete inventory. Guests are liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of equipment during their stay. Any damage must be reported at check-out.

The owner is not responsible for items brought into the accommodation, including money and valuables, nor for damage to such items. Please do not leave skis, bicycles, or other equipment in front of the accommodation or on vehicles.

Guests are not permitted to rearrange furniture, make modifications, interfere with electrical or other installations, or move equipment between accommodation units without the consent of the landlord.

The use of personal electrical appliances is strictly prohibited, except for common everyday devices such as shavers, hair dryers, laptops, and chargers.

Before departure, guests are required to turn off water taps, lights, and electrical appliances, close windows, and lock doors.

Visitors and Safety

Overnight stays of unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited without prior consent from the reception.

Children under the age of 10 must not remain unsupervised inside or outside the accommodation facilities. Responsibility for children lies with the registered adult.

Sports equipment intended for outdoor use (balls, rackets, sledges, etc.) must not be used indoors, nor stored inside accommodation units unless placed in designated areas.

Check-in

Check-in is available daily from 14:00 to 17:00.
If you expect to arrive after 17:00, please contact the reception in advance.

Upon arrival, guests are required to pay the local tax, any applicable surcharges, and a refundable deposit of 50 €. Current prices are listed in the official price list.

Check-out

Check-out is required between 08:00 and 10:00 on the day of departure.
Early or late check-out must be arranged at least one day in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Individual bookings (1–5 guests):

  • 0–7 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
  • 8–14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
  • 15+ days before arrival: free cancellation

Group bookings (6 or more guests):
A group booking becomes binding upon payment of a 100% advance invoice. In case of cancellation, 100% of the booking value will be charged due to seasonality and accommodation blocking.

Smoking and Fire Safety

All indoor areas of Royal Village, including reception areas, are strictly non-smoking. Lighting fires is prohibited throughout the resort, except in designated areas.

Violation of the smoking or fire ban may result in a fine of 200 €.

Invoicing

If you require an invoice for your stay or additional services, please inform the reception in advance. Once a fiscal receipt has been issued, an invoice can no longer be provided.

Parking

Free, unguarded parking is available on the Royal Village premises for all guests.

Reception

Reception hours are 08:00–17:00 daily.
After 17:00, emergency assistance is available by phone.

Reception staff will gladly assist with trip recommendations, restaurants, local attractions, souvenirs, and additional services according to the current price list.

Dining

Meals are self-catered. Each accommodation unit includes a fully equipped kitchen. Guests may also dine at the Clubhouse Restaurant, located just a few steps from the accommodation.

Pets

Pets are allowed at Royal Village for an additional fee. In case of damage to the accommodation or surrounding areas caused by pets, the accommodation provider reserves the right to charge compensation equal to the damage incurred.
